    TashaRules: The RCMP does not provide security at the Mint. The Mint employs its own security personnel.
    pete2587: The real *public* tour is conducted from the upper floor viewing gallery. I was on a private tour last summer on the shop floor and in the vault. I got essentially the same tour that Rick did, except that I didn’t have the balls that he did. I figured the guards would shoot me first and ask questions later.
