@royhtc open a business in your neighbours city, there was job quest that you must of done to get to level 18; check in your inventory for the HQ

best strategy for earning money. i suggest you use an arboretum because the HQ’s gives 10% only but the arboretum gives 16%
i have 3 pool halls in neighbor cities but i dont have the HQ??? any idea why?
@stinghacks9 My video is just an example of using the HQ, you can of cause place various decorations and like youve said the aboretum in the middle with other business squares in your city.
@negathief Very strange, the HQ is usually found in your inventory, because there is a job mission earlier on which gives you an HQ.
I dont understand. In my cityville it says “Bonus: 1% (18%)” So the bonus is 1% or 18%?
@diorain 1% is the bonus that individual decoration gives to a businesses income, the (18%) is the bonus collectively all the surrounding decorations including that decoration gives to the business income. So you will get 18% for that business.

@craziiformileybabii Zoning permits are used when expanding your city, you will need to beg for a few of these from your neighbours to expand your city further.
@armandosNk I don’t think you can start over again from the beginning, just maybe need to try and sell a few houses,businesses and decorations. Then build up slowly making better choices this time.
